Jesus Diaz has extensive experience in production and plant management within the food industry. Currently serving as Plant Manager and previously as Sr Production Manager at Real Good Foods since February 2021, Jesus has developed leadership and operational skills. Prior experience includes roles as Production Supervisor at Follow Your Heart / Earth Island from February 2017 to February 2021, Production Group Lead at Conagra Brands from January 2011 to February 2017, and Production Lead at Organic Milling from August 2007 to January 2011. This progression demonstrates a strong commitment to excellence in production processes and team leadership.
