Timothy Erne

Timothy Erne has a diverse work experience, having worked in the food industry, the hospitality industry, and the military. From 2021 to present, Erne has been the Director of Research Development and a Food Scientist at Real Good Foods. From 2019 to 2021, Erne was the Head Brewer and Co-Founder at Carnaval Brewing SAS. From 2017 to 2019, Erne was a Food Scientist and a Food Scientist Consultant at Handy Seafood. From 2014 to 2017, Erne was a Line Cook at Aquavit. From 2012 to 2014, Erne was a Line Cook at Bricco. From 2004 to 2012, Erne was an Infantry Team Leader in the US Army.

Timothy Erne attended The Culinary Institute of America from 2014 to 2018 and received a Bachelor's degree in Culinary Science/Culinology.
