Jodi Marulis possesses extensive experience in customer support and management within the printing industry. Currently serving as Print Customer Success Manager at Real Green since April 2007, Jodi has also held the role of Customer Service Manager, overseeing daily customer support for digital and offset print, as well as direct mail projects, while managing a team of professionals. Prior to joining Real Green, Jodi worked at NuTech Graphics from May 1998 to April 2007 as a Print Support Specialist and Office Manager/Print Sales, focusing on digital and offset printing sales and providing administrative support to the sales team. Jodi earned an Associate's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Schoolcraft College between 1997 and 2000.
