Francesca Hawkesworth

Francesca Hawkesworth is an experienced professional in the arts and exhibition sector, currently serving as Programme & Exhibitions Lead at Real Ideas Organisation since April 2017. Previous roles include Coordinator at Real Ideas Organisation, Co-ordinator at Ocean Studios CIC from June 2015 to 2017, and Intern at KARST from February to September 2015. Early career experience includes working as a Sales Advisor at Debenhams from October 2009 to June 2015 and as a Barista at Starbucks from October 2012 to June 2014. Francesca holds a BA (Hons) in Fine Art from Birmingham City University (2011-2014) and a Foundation Diploma in Art & Design from Arts University Plymouth (2009-2010).
