Kate Rowlands

Kate Rowlands is an experienced Programme Lead and Consultant at Real Ideas Organisation since August 2010, responsible for managing and delivering education and social programmes while overseeing volunteer management. Previously, Kate served as a Development Officer at RIO, coordinating social programmes for young individuals and gaining recognition for leading the award-winning 'Devonport Guildhall Crew.' Beyond RIO, Kate held positions such as Content Manager at Chew TV Network, Creative Assistant at RIO, Pharmacy Assistant at Alliance Pharmacy and Boots UK, and Sales Ledger Assistant at Ginsters. A graduate of the University of Roehampton with a BA in Drama, Theatre, and Performance Studies, Kate's career reflects a commitment to youth engagement and social entrepreneurship.
