Matt Kahle

Matt Kahle has over two decades of experience in the IT field. From 1997 to 2005, they worked at Advantage Sales & Marketing, Inc., where they began as Regional IT Director and was later promoted to Midwest IT Director. During their time there, they successfully merged two additional companies' networks and built and managed a six-person IT department. Matt also worked with multiple departments to expand the training program. From 2005 to 2006, they worked at RLPTechnologies as a Project Manager in the Program Management Office. Finally, from 2006 to the present, they have been President of Real IT Solutions, Inc. where they are committed to providing exceptional IT solutions to West Michigan's manufacturing, architectural, engineering, and construction industries.

Matt Kahle obtained a BS in Management Studies and Computer Science from the University of Maryland Global Campus in 2004. Prior to that, they attended Grand Valley State University from 1994 to 1996, studying English and Literature. Matt also holds two CompTIA Security+ ce certifications obtained in June 2016.
