Paul Clayton

Paul Clayton is an accomplished music professional with extensive experience in worship leadership. Currently serving as the Global Worship Pastor at Real Life Christian Church since March 2024, Paul previously held the position of Associate Worship Pastor at Discovery Church from May 2007 to March 2024, where responsibilities included creating and arranging music for worship, coaching musicians, and leading worship experiences. Earlier in the career, Paul was the Contemporary Worship Leader at First Baptist Church of Tallahassee from July 2002 to May 2007, focusing on directing worship services, facilitating rehearsals, and producing media-based worship elements. Paul Clayton holds a Bachelor of Arts in Music from Florida State University, earned in 2002.
