Fred Gray

Fred Gray is an experienced executive with a diverse background in operations and leadership. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Refuge Foundation since October 2021, Fred Gray focuses on enhancing the experience of guests by ensuring they leave connected, rested, and invested. Prior to this role, Fred Gray held the position of Sr. Executive Pastor at Real Life Church since October 2012 and served as Managing Director at The Siegfried Group from June 2008 to October 2012. Fred Gray also brought significant expertise to Ultimate Staffing as Partner and Regional Manager from October 1999 to June 2008. Fred Gray holds a degree in Psychology from UCLA, where education was completed between 1981 and 1985.
