Bill Boorman has a diverse and extensive work experience in the HR Tech and Talent industry. Bill is the Co-founder of 51 Search, a specialist search consultancy that assists companies in the HR Tech, SAAS, and Startup markets in finding the best talent. Bill also worked as a Strategic Advisor at VONQ and as a Lead Advisor at Real Links, where they provided guidance on company growth, product development, client support, campaign design, and market positioning.

Furthermore, Bill has a background in stand-up comedy, delivering custom-written comedy sets related to recruiting and HR at various events.
