Destini Cavalletto

Destini Cavalletto currently serves as the Events Lead Advisor at Wing Venture Capital since July 2023. With extensive experience in management and marketing, Cavalletto has been the General Manager at The Historic Santa Margarita Ranch since May 2012 and held the position of Director of Sales & Marketing at Rossi Enterprises from April 2009 to May 2012. Prior to that, Cavalletto was the Vice President of Operations at THE MVEye from January 2004 to April 2009 and worked as a Hospitality Attendant at Bianchi Winery and Tasting Room from February 2007 to October 2008. Initial career steps included a Teaching Associate role at California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo from June 2003 to June 2004 and an internship at Elanco in 2002. Destini Cavalletto holds a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Business and Management from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo and an Associate of Science in Animal Sciences from Modesto Junior College.
