Eliya Afshar

Eliya Afshar currently serves as the CEO of Real Property Management since February 2022. Prior to that, they held the role of VP at Rainbow International of Orange County starting in November 2017.

Eliya Afshar began their education at Irvine Valley College in 2017. Although the specific degree and field of study are not mentioned, they studied there until 2019. After that, they transferred to Chapman University and pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, which they completed in 2021.

In terms of additional certifications, Eliya obtained a Real Estate Salesperson License from the California Department of Real Estate in January 2023.
