Carissa Fields

Carissa Fields is a dedicated professional with a strong background in health and community services. Currently serving as a Community Health Worker and Service Coordinator at REAL Services, Inc. since May 2023, Carissa has previously held roles at Beacon Health System as a Personal Trainer and at Partnership for a Drug Free SJC as an Intern. Experience also includes working as a Physical Therapy Technician at the Rehabilitation Hospital of Northern Indiana and various positions within the healthcare and retail sectors, including Patient Care Assistant and Retail Salesworker. Carissa is pursuing a Master of Public Health degree at Indiana University Indianapolis, building on a Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences from Indiana University South Bend.
