LaTonia Newhouse, CCAP, NCRT, has over two decades of experience in community action and family development. Since October 2000, LaTonia has served as a Program Officer at REAL Services, managing federal block grants and overseeing self-sufficiency programs for low- to moderate-income families. Previous roles at REAL Services include Family Development Supervisor, responsible for supervising Family Development Consultants and managing a caseload of low-income families, and Family Development Consultant, where LaTonia managed a caseload of twenty clients. Prior experience includes serving as Office Supervisor at the United States Bureau of Census, overseeing administrative staff and payroll processes, and as Supervisor of Detention at St. Joseph County Juvenile Center, where LaTonia managed a team of detention officers. LaTonia is currently pursuing a Masters of Nonprofit Administration at the University of Notre Dame and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Indiana University South Bend.
