Stephanie Peterson

Stephanie Peterson is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in various consulting and training roles. Currently serving as a Principal Recruitment Consultant at Real Staffing since September 2021, Stephanie is also the founder of Women of Chicago, fostering a supportive community for women in the workplace. In this role, Stephanie has led training sessions on candidate assessment and achieved recognition as Rookie of the Year for top-billing performance in 2022. Prior to this, Stephanie excelled as a Leasing Consultant at Draper and Kramer and contributed significant revenue growth, as well as served as a Trainer for U.S. Special Operations Forces at Patriot Defense Group. Earlier experiences include management and training roles at Miller's Ale House and event planning at Lake Nona Golf & Country Club. Stephanie holds a degree in Biomedical Science from the University of Central Florida.
