Ankur Arora is an experienced operations manager with a strong background in cloud telephony and unified communications. Currently serving as the Manager of Cloud Telephony Operations at Real Time Data Services, Ankur is responsible for guiding a team and ensuring efficient cloud-based telephony services. Previously, Ankur held multiple positions at Bharti Airtel Limited (UCITMS), culminating in the role of Head Operations Centre, where responsibilities included operational planning and enhancing employee engagement to achieve service excellence. Ankur's experience also encompasses designing call handling standards and improving customer satisfaction through effective support processes.
