Aida Jimenez

Aida Jimenez has extensive experience in software engineering and management, currently serving as Engineering Director at RTI since July 2011, with previous roles including Software Engineering Manager and Senior Software Engineer. At RTI, Jimenez contributes to the development of RTI Connext™, a messaging software crucial for smart, distributed applications in the real-time Internet of Things. Prior to this, Jimenez held a research position as an FPU Grant Holder at the University of Granada from May 2007 to April 2011, while also completing a Ph.D. in Computer Science. Educational credentials include a Master’s in Soft Computing and Intelligent Systems and a Bachelor’s in Computer Engineering, both from the University of Granada.
