Santiago Jimenez has worked in the business intelligence field for over two decades. Santiago began their career in 2003 as a System Administrator at Macy's. In 2015, they moved to Freedom Financial Network to become a Business Data Analyst. In 2022, they were promoted to Business Intelligence Manager at Real Time Intelligence, Inc.

Santiago Jimenez received a Bachelor of Arts - BA in Animation, Interactive Technology, Video Graphics and Special Effects from Collins College in 2004. In 2018, they obtained a Tableau Desktop Qualified Associate Certification from Tableau.
