Cecilia Kness

Cecilia Kness is an experienced Software Project Manager currently engaged in contract work with Real Time Monitors, where responsibilities include orchestrating the development of telecommunications networking systems monitoring software and reporting directly to the company President. Prior to this role, Cecilia served as the Associate Director of Enterprise IT Project Management at UCLA for 16 years, overseeing an IT department with a $40MM operating budget and managing a team of 30 staff members through the recruitment, training, and motivation of 5 Managers.
