Tom Svensson

Tom Svensson is a Senior Human Resources Specialist with extensive experience in HR consulting, organizational development, and labor law. Since April 2020, Tom has held a senior role at nxtHR, providing expertise in labor law, workplace environment, coaching, conflict resolution, and group and organizational development. Concurrently, since June 2021, Tom serves as HR-chef for iTURN AB, supporting RTS AB and engaging in change management projects within Lund Municipality’s care and welfare administration. Tom’s qualifications include certifications in goal management, ICF coaching, MBTI/JTI, and a comprehensive educational background with multiple master’s degrees in personal and labor law, industrial and organizational psychology, and a Bachelor of Engineering. Additionally, Tom provides ongoing HR support to various companies across different sectors.
