Urban Berlinde

Urban Berlinde has over 25 years of work experience in various leadership and advisory roles in the IT industry.

Urban is currently serving as the CEO of RTS AB and its subsidiary companies, where they are responsible for offering IT specialists, digital solutions, and managed services. Urban took on this role in January 2021.

Prior to this, Urban was the CEO of Sigma Serve AB, an independent IT specialist company that provides consulting and managed services, 24/7 support, and an industrialized operating model. Urban held this position from January 2020 to January 2021.

Between September 2018 and December 2019, Urban served as the Division Manager for OneIT at Sigma IT AB. Urban had full responsibility for the division, which consisted of three business areas and offered system solution development, offshore delivery from India, and IT operations.

In 2018, Urban worked as an Executive Advisor at IBJ from March to August and before that, as an Executive Advisor at TeleComputing Sweden AB from September 2017 to February 2018. Urban was also the CEO of TeleComputing Sweden AB from January 2016 to August 2017, where they achieved record-breaking results and was a part of the executive management team.

Urban has also held leadership positions at Kentor, an IT consulting company. Urban was the CEO of Kentor from July 2006 to December 2015, Vice CEO from January 2006 to June 2006, and Business Area Manager from August 2001 to December 2005, responsible for outsourcing with a team of over 20 employees.

Urban'scareer began at Max Matthiessen, where they served as the CIO of the IT department from September 1995 to February 1998 and as a Software Developer from September 1994 to September 1995.

Urban started their professional journey at Infotool Data AB as a Sales representative from September 1993 to September 1994.

Urban Berlinde attended Uppsala University from 1988 to 1993, where they obtained a Master's Degree in Economics & IT.
