Bobby Denton

Bobby Denton, SHRM-SCP, has a diverse background in HR and operations management. Bobby is currently serving as the Director of HR at RW Supply+Design. Prior to their current role, Bobby held multiple positions at The Master's Craft Flooring Company, including Director of Human Resources, Associate Director of HR, HR Generalist, and Inventory Analyst/Purchaser. Bobby also worked at Invensys, which was later acquired by Schneider Electric, where they held roles such as Operations Manager, Inventory Control Manager, Inventory Specialist, Purchasing Agent, and Production Supervisor.

Bobby Denton, SHRM-SCP, has a Juris Masters degree in Law from the Florida State University College of Law, which they obtained in 2022. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Missouri State University in 2002, and an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Missouri State University-West Plains in 2000. In terms of certifications, Bobby Denton is also certified as a Sherpa Training Certificate holder from GiANT and an MBTI Certified Practitioner from The Myers-Briggs Company, obtained in 2022 and 2021 respectively. Additionally, they hold a SHRM-CP certification from the Society for Human Resource Management obtained in 2017, and a SHRM-SCP certification from SHRM obtained in May 2017.
