Aleko Lilly has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Aleko is currently the Director of Sales - USA at RealAdvisor, starting in July 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Head of Business Development at Birdly / Somniacs from February 2020 to July 2022. From January 2019 to July 2019, they served as the Senior Business Consultant Team Lead at Zillow Group. Before that, they held various roles at Zillow Group, including Business Consultant and Sales Executive. Aleko was the Director of Business Operations at Hilliard's Beer from September 2014 to June 2016. Aleko also has experience at Heavy Restaurant Group, Rain City Spirits, deep.snow.development, LLC, Summit Learning Center, Edelweiss Lodge and Resort, and Starbucks.

Lastly, Aleko Lilly completed high school at Roosevelt High School from 1996 to 2000.
