M.J. Herzer

M.J. Herzer has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. In 2000, they started their career as a Technical Support Representative at Disney Interactive, where they provided assistance to customers. From 2008 to 2010, they worked at Nielsen EDI as an Overnight Lead, responsible for monitoring the accuracy of data and resolving discrepancies. Following this role, M.J. joined iolo technologies, LLC in 2010, initially as a Channel Sales Assistant, where they managed inventory and communicated with buyers. In 2013, they transitioned to the position of Customer Service Representative at iolo technologies, LLC, handling customer and technical support cases and generating reports for the management team. Most recently, starting in 2020, M.J. has been working at RealDefense as a Web QA Analyst.

M.J. Herzer's education history begins in 1998 when they attended Glendale Community College for a degree in Computer Software Technician, specializing in Computer & Electronics. They completed their studies in 2001. In 2018, they continued their education at Western Governors University, pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Data Management/Data Analytics. This program lasted until 2022, at which point M.J. Herzer graduated with their Bachelor's degree.

In addition to their formal education, M.J. Herzer has obtained various certifications. These include the Linux Essentials certification from the Linux Professional Institute (LPI), acquired in June 2023. They also earned the Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Fundamentals certification from Microsoft in April 2023. In February 2022, M.J. Herzer obtained the ITIL Foundation Level certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice. In May 2021, they completed the Learning Data Governance certification through LinkedIn. Previous certifications include the CompTIA Project+ Certification, obtained in March 2021, and the Certified Site Development Associate (CIW) certification awarded by the Certified Internet Web Professionals in August 2019. M.J. Herzer also holds the CompTIA A+ ce Certification, earned in July 2019, and the CompTIA IT Operations Specialist – CIOS Stackable Certification and CompTIA Network+ ce Certification, both obtained in March 2022.
