Felipe Operti

Felipe Operti is an experienced data science professional currently serving as a Data Science Specialist at Reale Mutua Assicurazioni since July 2022, focusing on unstructured data with Generative AI, NLP, and Deep Learning models on Azure cloud infrastructure. Previously, Felipe worked at Inda | INtelligent Data Analysis as a Data Scientist from March 2021 to July 2022, and as a Data Science Specialist at Samsung SDS in the CRM area, where responsibilities included developing propensity models and sentiment analysis. Earlier roles include positions at Via and Santander Bank, where Felipe contributed to end-to-end projects and developed various machine learning models for CRM. Felipe holds a PhD in Physics of Complex Systems from the Federal University of Ceara, complemented by visiting PhD studies in the same field at City College of New York and Sapienza Università di Roma, along with a Master's degree and Bachelor's degree in Physics.
