Justin Winthers

Justin Winthers is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in the real estate and financial sectors. As Co-Founder and CTO of RealEstateAPI since January 2022 and REIRail since October 2018, Justin has played a pivotal role in developing and architecting innovative solutions. Prior to these ventures, Justin served for a decade at NRECA as an Enterprise Architect and Technical Program Manager, where leadership was provided for a significant modernization program of a pension administration system. Earlier career roles included ownership positions at The Lending Society, Inc. and IWC Partners, Inc., focusing on secondary marketing and mortgage packaging. Justin holds a Bachelor of Science degree with dual concentrations in Information Systems and Finance from the University of Virginia, earned between 1991 and 1995.
