Luca Maximilian D.

Luca Maximilian D. started their work experience in 2015 as an Events and Hospitality and Core Programs Practicum Student at the Yaletown Business Improvement Association. In 2016, they worked as an Equity Research Analyst at MSMIF UG, analyzing investment opportunities and developing investment strategies.

In 2017, Luca interned at Grameen Bank, a Nobel Peace Prize-winning microfinance organization, where they conducted analysis on the impact of microcredits on Bangladesh's economy and conducted interviews with Grameen borrowers. Luca Maximilian also worked as a Working Student Investment Management at Surplus Invest GmbH, assisting with investment management tasks.

In 2018, Luca worked as a Summer Analyst- M&A at Clairfield International, gaining experience in mergers and acquisitions. Luca Maximilian also worked as an Investment Analyst at Surplus Invest GmbH, analyzing investment opportunities.

In 2019, Luca joined LendUS, one of the largest family-owned and operated retail mortgage originators in the US, as an Associate to the Chief Executive Officer. Luca Maximilian led strategic initiatives such as process technology transformation, customer needs analysis, and innovative services.

In 2020, Luca co-founded Realfinity.io and took on the role of Co-Founder & CEO, focusing on real data, knowledge, and wealth.

Luca's most recent role was at LendUS, which they held until January 2022. Other roles have varying end dates.

Luca Maximilian D. began their education in 2016 at the Technical University of Munich, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Management & Technology with a focus on Computer Science and Finance. They completed their studies in this field in 2020. In 2018, Luca had the opportunity to study abroad during a semester at Università Bocconi, where they furthered their knowledge in finance.
