Jean Gerrard Fcipd

Jean Gerrard has over thirty years of experience in human resources. Jean began their career in 1982 as an HR Manager for the London Borough of Lewisham. For the next twelve years, they held various HR roles in both the central HR department and the Direct Labour Organisation. In 1994, they became the Interim HR Manager for Hexagon Housing Association. The following year, they were appointed Deputy Director of HR for Bethlem & Maudsley NHS Trust.

In 1998, Jean left the NHS to set up their own HR consultancy, Anne Gray Associates Limited. Two years later, they joined Polar Motor Group as a Regional HR Business Partner. In 2001, they moved to Le Crossing (Dartford River Crossing) as Business Development Manager.

In 2010, Jean joined Aliaxis as UK HR Director. Jean left Aliaxis in 2018 to take up their current role as People Partner at Realise HR.

Jean Gerrard Fcipd reports to Claire McLean, CEO. They work with Helen Askew - People Partner, Lorraine Millican - HR Systems Partner.
