Lisa Atkins

Lisa Atkins is a Learning Manager and Quality Improvement Coach at Realise since July 2021. Previously, Lisa worked as a Training and Development Officer at Interserve Learning & Employment and was responsible for supporting learners studying for HR/L&D qualifications. With a Master of Science in Human Resources Management, Lisa has a solid academic background in the field. Lisa has also worked as a Learning and Skills Manager at the University of Essex Students' Union, where Lisa focused on improving students' employability before graduation. Lisa's experience includes roles such as Learning and Development Officer, Admin Assistant/HR Officer, and Sales Account Executive, showcasing their diverse skill set and commitment to professional development.
