Mandy Allen is an experienced professional in the early years education sector, currently serving as a Lead Trainer Assessor at Realise since November 2008. In this role, Mandy supports a team of assessors through management of caseloads and budgets, fosters relationships with employers, and promotes staff professional development while managing and analyzing company data. Previous positions include Paediatric First Aid Trainer, Trainer Assessor in Early Years, and Senior Training Development Officer, all contributing to the growth of the sector and the delivery of quality education for apprentices. Prior to joining Realise, Mandy held management roles at Looby Lous Nursery and SEESAWS DAY NURSERIES LIMITED, showcasing a strong foundation in nursery operations and leadership.
