The Support and Coordination team at Realise ensures seamless operations by providing critical business, employment, and IT assistance. The Business Support Coordinator manages administrative functions to keep the training programmes running smoothly, the Employment Support Officer aids learners in finding and maintaining job placements, while the Information Technology Support Analyst ensures that all technological systems are functional and efficient. Together, they enable Realise to effectively support its 7,000 annual learners.
