The Training and Development Team at Realise is dedicated to designing, implementing, and enhancing apprenticeship and adult education programmes. This team of diverse professionals, including tutors, trainers, assessors, and curriculum leads, works collaboratively to deliver comprehensive training across various sectors such as Early Years, Health and Social Care, and vocational subjects like Hairdressing and Security. Through tailored educational initiatives and upskilling frameworks, they support around 7,000 learners annually in achieving their professional goals and fulfilling their potential.
