Erica O'Neill has extensive experience in customer success and operations management. Currently serving as a Customer Success Manager at Reality Based Group since March 2018, O'Neill handles account management, client service, and the maintenance of client information. Prior to this role, O'Neill was an Import Operations Specialist at Maurice Sporting Goods from October 2011 to July 2017, where coordination with overseas vendors and managing business transactions were key responsibilities. O'Neill also has experience in administrative support and holds a BA in Communication Studies from the University of Iowa, obtained in 2008.
