Erika Rosa is a dedicated professional with diverse experience in project management, outreach, and operational leadership. As Co-Founder of Breaking Bread Outreach Ministries since April 2023, Erika focuses on spreading the love of Jesus through community engagement. In the role of Project Manager at Reality Based Group since June 2019, Erika manages a team of independent contractors and ensures the accuracy of SalesForce data while overseeing a high volume of work orders. Previous roles include QA Administrator and Project Intern, alongside experience as a Rehabilitation Specialist at Integral Care-Austin, TX, where Erika provided psychosocial training for individuals with severe mental illnesses. Erika also has a strong background in business management, having successfully increased sales and improved operational efficiencies at SAS Cafe and Daily Juice Cafe. Educational achievements include a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from The University of Texas Permian Basin and an Associate of Arts in Physical and Biological Anthropology from Austin Community College.
