The Sales and Recruiting team at Reality Based Group is responsible for driving client acquisition and ensuring a continuous pipeline of qualified auditors essential for our Mystery Shopping Programs. Under the leadership of the Director of Sales, the team collaborates to identify business opportunities, nurture client relationships, and maintain the high standards of our field operations. The Scout Manager and Audits Recruiter focus on recruiting and training the best talent to deliver accurate and insightful evaluations, while the Project Manager oversees the seamless execution of initiatives that align with our clients' objectives.
