Emma Weaver

Emma Weaver has a diverse work experience spanning over several roles and industries. Emma began their career in 2009 as a Receptionist at LTI Vehicles and later transitioned into professional photography, establishing their own business called Emma Weaver Photography. In 2013, they also worked as an HR Officer at The London Taxi Company and as a Qualified Distributor for TelecomPlus t/a Utility Warehouse Discount Club.

In 2017, Emma joined LEVC, where they held various positions including HR Business Partner for Manufacturing, Quality, and Logistics, Senior HR Business Partner for Operations, and HR Manager for Operations, Engineering, and HR Services. Emma'sresponsibilities at LEVC lasted until November 2022.

After LEVC, Emma worked at SP Auto Tech Ltd as a Human Resources Consultant starting in November 2022.

Currently, they are employed as an HR Manager at Reality+. Emma joined the company in February 2023.

Emma Weaver has a diverse education history. Starting in 2003, they attended Caludon Castle from 2003 to 2007. Emma then pursued a Digital Photography course at City College Coventry in 2010. In 2012, Emma enrolled at CWT - Chamber Training and completed a Higher National Certificate (HNC) in Business in 2013. During their time at CWT, they also obtained NVQ Level 1, 2, 3, and 4 qualifications in Business Administration and Management from 2009 to 2013. Following this, Emma attended Henley College Coventry, where they earned a Certificate in Human Resource Practice from 2013 to 2014. Subsequently, they pursued Human Resource Management Level 5 at Henley College Coventry in 2014 and 2015. Emma'sacademic journey then led their to The University of Law, where they are currently pursuing a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree, which they are expected to complete in 2025. In addition to their academic achievements, Emma holds two certifications, CIPD Level 3 and CIPD Level 5, although the institutions and dates of obtaining these certifications are unknown.
