Pratyush Khare

Pratyush Khare has worked in various roles since 2013. Their first role was as a Senior Planning Engineer at Larsen & Toubro from 2013-2016. In this role, they were responsible for ensuring timely preparation of construction and resources schedules, preparation of accepted cost estimates, and preparation of monthly job cost reports. From 2016-2019, they worked at Ascentis Group as an Assistant Planning Manager and Planning Manager. Their roles included managing a TATA Housing project from the start to finish, coordinating several 5 star hotels from scratch to final handover, and preparation of new project budget, schedule, presentation and reports. In 2019, they worked at OYO as a Project Manager, where they developed strategic decisions and analysis of the operational budget. In 2020, they co-founded and was a Director at FairConstruct Construction Solutions Private Limited, where they were responsible for setting up the firm to provide construction management services to contracting firms based in the USA. Currently, they are a Sr. Project Manager at Realization Technologies, Inc., where they are interacting with the Sr. Management of the company to define business requirements, manage the entire project lifecycle, and achieve project timelines.

Pratyush Khare has an extensive educational background. Pratyush obtained a Master's Degree in Real Estate & Urban Infrastructure Management from NICMAR University between 2011 and 2013. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University between 2007 and 2011.
