Ricky Wai

Ricky Wai is an experienced design engineer currently employed at Really Right Stuff since January 2017. Prior to this role, Ricky Wai held various engineering positions, including Powertrain Equipment Engineering Intern at Tesla and Drivetrain Lead for Cal Poly Racing. Ricky Wai's experience in product development and quality control includes a previous internship at Really Right Stuff, where skills in SolidWorks, technical manual composition, and parts inspection were honed. Ricky Wai has also contributed to Cal Poly Racing as Driver Controls Lead, overseeing the design and testing of a formula-style race car. Ricky Wai holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
