Clare Burton

Clare Burton has extensive experience in financial management, currently serving as Head of Financial Reporting at The Really Useful Group Ltd since May 2018, after holding roles as Financial Controller and Senior Management Accountant. Prior experience includes positions at Compass Group UK & Ireland from July 2013 to April 2018, where Clare contributed as Assistant Finance Manager for both Chartwells and Business Development, focusing on revenue management, stakeholder collaboration, and bidding processes for significant contracts. Earlier roles included Finance Assistant responsibilities and customer service positions at the University of Birmingham and Hampshire Health. Clare holds a degree in Mathematics and Sports Science from the University of Birmingham, completed in 2014, following education at Portsmouth Grammar School.
