Rick Keller, P.E. serves as the Chief of Real Estate at Realm Cellars since February 2022, bringing extensive experience in facilities management and engineering. Prior roles include Director of Facilities at Cakebread Cellars and Director of Facilities and Maintenance at Inglenook. Rick has also held positions as Director of Engineering Services and Sr. Project Engineer at Treasury Wine Estates, as well as Cellar Operations Manager and General Manager of Plant Maintenance at E. & J. Gallo Winery. The early career includes a role as Mechanical Engineer II at AFG Industries. Rick Keller holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Arizona.

Realm Cellars
Realm Cellars is a boutique winegrower focused on showcasing the diversity and pedigree of Napa Valley through a portfolio of wines. We farm nearly 75 acres of vines spread across three estates in Coombsville, Stags Leap District and Pritchard Hill. We operate three winemaking facilities in Stags Leap District, Pritchard Hill and Calistoga. Taken together, we think of this portfolio as the realm of Napa Valley. Our wines are sold primarily during two releases each year – in February and September. We are actively expanding our presence in restaurants and fine wine shops with the support of select trade partners. From a start-up with no assets to an established domaine, we think of Realm as an entrepreneurial journey. We still have a long way to go toward achieving our vision of becoming one of the icons of Napa Valley’s next generation.
