Pete Lazaga, SPHR, HRIP

Pete Lazaga has extensive experience in the field of human resources, particularly in HR operations and HRIS management. Pete is currently serving as the Director of People Operations & Shared Services at REALM IDx, Inc. Pete previously held the position of Senior Director of HR Operations & Total Rewards at International Vitamin Corporation, where they also served as the Director of HR Operations. Prior to that, they worked as the Manager of HRIS & Operations at VIZIO. Earlier in their career, they were the HRIS Manager at Ceradyne, Inc., an HRIS Analyst at New Century Mortgage, and an HR/Payroll Coordinator at Tickets.com. Lazaga has consistently contributed their expertise in HR operations and HRIS management throughout their career.

Pete Lazaga, SPHR, HRIP holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences from UC Irvine. Pete obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from HRCI in August 2022, and the Human Resource Information Professional (HRIP) certification from IHRIM in September 2022.
