Nadara Feldman

Nadara ("Sam") Feldman is an accomplished financial manager and real estate senior accountant with extensive experience in financial reporting and bookkeeping. Currently employed at RealManage since October 2018, Nadara oversees financial management for Grand Manors, having previously held multiple accounting roles at Associa from July 2016 to October 2018. With a strong background in managing financial packages for homeowner associations and expertise in bank reconciliations and budget development, Nadara has also owned and operated a bookkeeping business and a bed and breakfast, showcasing entrepreneurial skills and a commitment to excellent financial practices. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management from the University of North Texas and an Associate of Arts in Accounting from Collin College.
