Renan Fidalgo

Renan Fidalgo, CMCA® AMS®, currently serves as Vice President Operations and Director at RealManage Family of Brands, beginning in April 2022 and leading a dedicated team focused on excellence in HOA Management. Prior experience includes leading the Community Care Team at CCMC from June 2020 to April 2022, where Renan guided the development of a new Master-Planned Community while implementing best practices and ensuring compliance. Between March 2015 and June 2020, Renan was Division Director at Spectrum Association Management, overseeing a team of 35-40 employees and managing over 215 HOA communities across multiple regions, emphasizing teamwork and organizational culture. Earlier roles include serving as Client Relations Manager, where Renan successfully built and led a community management team. Renan holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Applied Psychology from Kaplan University and an Associate of Science in Health Care Administration/Management from the University of Phoenix.
