Chelsea Keane is a Senior Technical Recruiter at RealmOne since October 2023. Prior to that, Chelsea worked as a Defense Contract Recruiter at Belay Technologies and ProObject, focusing on delivering mission-critical systems to the DoD and Intelligence Community. Chelsea has experience as an Executive Recruiter and Tech Recruiter at First Team Staffing Services, Inc. and Augmentation, Inc. respectively. Chelsea holds a MACP in Clinical Psychology from The Seattle School of Theology & Psychology and a degree in Psychology from Trinity Christian College.
