Rekha Narendra

Rekha Narendra is an accomplished HR professional with over two decades of experience in strategic human resource management across various industries. Currently serving as Vice President and HR Head for India at RealPage, Inc. since July 2019, Rekha previously held significant roles including Global HR Head at Kantar, where responsibilities encompassed aligning HR strategy with business needs, and Senior Vice President of Human Resources & Talent Development. Rekha's career also includes pivotal positions at GENPACT LLC as HR Leader and mentor for client accounts, and leadership roles at Ford Motor Company in managing comprehensive HR functions. An alumnus of the Indian School of Business in the Future CHRO Program, and holding an MA in Social Work from the Madras School of Social Work, Rekha has consistently shown expertise in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and strategic planning throughout their career.
