Shanon Gerber

Shanon Gerber currently serves as the Senior Director of Payment Operations and Collections at RealPage, Inc. since November 2025. Prior to this role, Shanon held the position of Senior Director of Collections at BILL from June 2023 to November 2025, as well as Director of Collections within the same company. Shanon's experience also includes a tenure at LendingClub as Collections Manager from April 2019 to June 2023. Between October 2011 and April 2019, Shanon worked as a Mortgage Consultant at various companies.
