Matt Speer, MAI

Matt Speer, MAI has over 11 years of experience in the real estate industry. In 2009, they began as a Real Estate Appraiser at Keller & Associates, Inc. where they provided services in Northeast Kansas and the Greater Kansas City Metropolitan Area. In 2014, they joined Keller, Craig & Associates as a Senior Appraiser and Vice President | Partner. At Keller, Craig & Associates, they provided service in the Kansas City Metropolitan Area, Topeka, Lawrence, Wichita, greater Kansas and Missouri as well as parts of Nebraska. In 2015, they co-founded realquantum, a company that creates tools to increase productivity for commercial real estate appraisers.

Matt Speer, MAI has a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Finance from The University of Kansas, obtained between 2005 and 2009. Matt also holds a Missouri Certified Real Property Appraiser certification from the Missouri Real Estate Appraisal Board, obtained in September 2014, and a Kansas Certified Real Property Appraiser certification from the Kansas Real Estate Appraisal Board, obtained in August 2013. Lastly, they have an MAI certification from the Appraisal Institute.
