Kara Carpenter

Kara Carpenter has a strong background in athletics compliance and customer success. Kara most recently worked as a Customer Success Manager at RealResponse since March 2023. Prior to that, they served as an Associate Athletics Director for Compliance at Furman University from September 2021 to March 2023. Kara also held the same role at Stephen F. Austin State University from September 2020 to September 2021. Kara has experience as an Assistant Athletic Director for Compliance and Athletic Academic Advisor at Stephen F. Austin State University and Austin Peay State University, respectively. Kara's expertise in compliance extends further as they worked as a Director for Athletic Compliance at Texas A&M University-Commerce and as the Director of Compliance at Western Carolina University. Kara began their career as a Compliance Intern at the University of South Carolina.

Kara Carpenter completed their Bachelor of Science in Sport Management from Western Carolina University between 2010 and 2013. Later on, they pursued further education and obtained a Master of Science in Management from Austin Peay State University, attending from 2016 to 2017.
