Sharon Walls

Sharon Walls is an experienced professional in revenue and customer operations, currently serving as Senior Manager of Revenue Operations at RealSelf since May 2006. With a strong background in managing consumer operations, Sharon oversees customer support, moderation, and trust and safety teams while developing operational programs focused on consumer experience and training. Sharon's previous roles at RealSelf include leading the creation of the company's initial Trust & Safety department and customer service center, as well as contributing as a community manager from the startup phase. Prior experience includes writing for Viacom's MTV and serving as a classroom liaison for students with visual impairments at the Community College of Baltimore County. Sharon holds a Master's degree in Digital Media Design and a Graduate Certificate in Web Technologies from Harvard Extension School, along with a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from The City University of New York.
