Richard McDonagh

Richard McDonagh has a diverse work experience in the finance and real estate industry. Richard currently holds the role of Vice President at Realstar Group since October 2023. Prior to this, they served as Vice President at Bain Capital from January 2022 to October 2023, where they also worked as an Investment Associate from October 2019 to December 2021. Before joining Bain Capital, Richard worked at Hines as an Analyst from October 2017 to October 2019. Richard began their career as an Investment Banking Analyst at DC Advisory from August 2016 to October 2017, following a Summer Analyst role at the same company in 2015.

Richard McDonagh obtained their Leaving Certificate from Belvedere College SJ in 2011. Richard then pursued a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Accounting and Finance at University College Dublin from 2011 to 2016.
