Laura Martin, MBA, PMP, BRMP, currently serves as Business Operations Manager at Realta Fusion since April 2025. Prior experience includes a tenure at Mayo Clinic as Service Delivery Manager from October 2022 to April 2025, where Laura spearheaded automation and process improvement initiatives and was recognized for exceptional leadership. Appointed Chair of the IT Culture, Events, and Joy strategy workgroup in August 2024, Laura promotes team well-being and employee engagement within the IT department.
